Water is a line item. Treat it like one.

Scale kills equipment, taste kills repeat customers, and downtime kills margin. We provide flow-rated equipment with service contracts and invoicing that fits your books. We supply and service the equipment; the plumbing is done by a licensed contractor you engage.

Scale control for boilers, steamers and espresso groups. Consistent water means consistent extraction, and equipment that lasts its warranty.

Chlorine and scale addressed at the bowl. Carbon reduces the chlorine smell clients notice, and scale control keeps deposits off the hot feed. Hardness itself is not removed — if the bowl needs soft water, that is a softener, and we will say so at the survey.

Reverse osmosis for the spot-free rinse, with the pre-treatment that keeps the membrane alive. No hand drying, no spotting on the dry line.

What it actually changes, trade by trade

Every site is surveyed before anything is specified. The equipment below is what these jobs usually call for, not a quote — and it is equipment only, fitted by a licensed plumbing contractor you engage.

TradeWhat the water is costing youWhat we normally specify
Restaurants & coffee Scale on boiler elements, steamer pans and espresso group heads. Chlorine carried into every brewed drink and every batch of ice. Scale and carbon cartridges on the feed line, sized to peak draw · reverse osmosis for espresso and ice · sediment pre-filtration
Salons & med spas Hardness at the shampoo bowl — the thing that strips color early and make product work harder than it should. Point-of-use carbon at the bowl · scale control on the hot feed · whole-site carbon where the bowl count justifies it
Car washes Dissolved solids left behind when the rinse evaporates. That is what a spot is. Hand drying is the labor line it creates. Reverse osmosis for the spot-free rinse · sediment and carbon pre-treatment ahead of the membrane · scale control on the feed
Multi-unit property Scale moving through every unit’s plumbing, water heaters and appliances at once, and a maintenance budget that absorbs it quietly. Ultrafiltration and scale/carbon at the service entry · per-building documentation · scheduled cartridge replacement

Why the pre-treatment matters on an RO: sediment and carbon stages exist to stop particles and chlorine reaching the membrane. Undersized pre-treatment fouls it, and a fouled membrane is a replacement rather than a service. Manufacturers generally expect three to five years from a membrane that is looked after.
