Entry-level whole-home suite

Equipment only — the complete system as listed

Every system ships with its owner's manual and full installation instructions. The fit is carried out by a licensed plumber you engage — any licensed plumber, no specialist certification and no proprietary tooling. Their labor is quoted and invoiced by them rather than by us, and if you do not already have someone, ask and we will give you names in your area.

Buying here also unlocks monthly payments. Ordering the system online is how you use the payment options through Affirm. We are on the phone for questions about the equipment and about sizing. Call or text (918) 359-5921, or email us, for more information.

Built to order. Systems are manufactured rather than held on a shelf, so allow up to six weeks. We confirm the date when the order is placed.

About this suite

What it is

Chlorine is what keeps municipal water safe across miles of distribution pipe, and by the time it reaches your home it has finished the job it was dosed to do. Primary reduces 99.95% of what is left — the difference between water you tolerate and water you reach for, with no chemical note when you fill a glass and none rising off a hot shower. The same two carbon blocks are working on a good deal more than chlorine: chloramine and trihalomethanes, volatile organic compounds, industrial solvents and pharmaceuticals, the pesticides and herbicides that come off agricultural land, and PFAS, which adsorb onto the carbon's internal surface. They filter to 5.0 micron, so sand, silt, rust, turbidity and microplastics come out too, and food-grade polyphosphate holds calcium and magnesium in solution so scale cannot form on your pipework, seals or water heater.

Two cartridges run in parallel, each rated at 5.0 microns. That is fine enough to capture the sand, silt, turbidity and organic particulates municipal water picks up on its way to your street, and running the pair side by side rather than in series is what delivers 15 gallons a minute — enough that a shower, a dishwasher and a hose bib can all draw at once without anyone noticing.

Both cartridges carry food-grade polyphosphate, It holds the calcium and magnesium in solution so they stay dissolved and move through the home rather than settling as scale inside your pipes, your fixtures and every appliance that heats water. Whether that is within range for your water depends on your hardness, which we measure at your tap rather than quote from an average.

Primary mounts on the wall and takes almost no floor space. It runs on household water pressure alone — nothing to plug in, nothing to plumb to a drain, no controller to learn, and it keeps working straight through a power cut. Once a year you twist out two cartridges, twist in two more, and get on with your day.

What's in the set

This suite ships as a matched system. Components are not sold separately.

  • BGX-C twin filter manifold (PN 105213) with rinse valve and pressure gauge
  • 2 x BGX-4925PHC cartridges (PN 105299), pre-installed
  • Inlet shutoff valve
  • Automatic shutoff at the manifold head on cartridge change
  • Wall-mount bracket for the twin manifold (PN 509071)

Best for: Homes on treated municipal water that want chlorine, sediment and scale handled by the simplest system in the range — one that mounts on a wall and runs on nothing but household pressure.

Sized for

Homes up to about 3½ bathrooms — roughly 3,500 sq ft

Choose it when: Municipal water, and you want the chlorine, sediment and scale dealt with — nothing further.

What sets the limit is flow, not floor area. Fifteen gallons a minute carries two showers, a kitchen tap, a dishwasher and a laundry all drawing at once, which covers most homes up to about 3,500 square feet and a household of six. Primary and Heritage are rated at the same 15 GPM and fit the same size of home — what separates them is how far the water is treated, not how much of it they pass.

A guide, not a rule — we confirm flow and pressure at your tap before anything is ordered.
