Well & rural supply

Providence

Matched to what your well carries

A system designed around one property's water — for wells and rural districts, where the problem is never the same twice.

Scoped to your water

You pay for the stages your results call for — no more

We supply and specify the equipment, and it ships with its manual and full installation instructions. The plumbing is carried out by a licensed plumber you engage, who quotes and invoices their own labor — ask us and we will give you names in your area.

Providence is quoted, not bought here. What it costs depends on what your test results call for, so there is no figure on this page and nothing to add to a basket. Book a walkthrough, we run the analysis, and you get a written quote with the payment options that apply to it. Call or text (918) 359-5921, or email us, for more information.

Built to order. Systems are manufactured rather than held on a shelf, so allow up to six weeks. We confirm the date when the order is placed.

Providence — A well, and what comes out of it

About this suite

What it is

Custom does not mean large. It means matched. Providence is not a bigger system than the other four — it is the one that starts from a test of your water rather than a count of your bathrooms, and then carries only the stages those results call for. Sometimes that works out simpler than a standard whole-home suite. Sometimes it works out larger. What it is not is automatically the most expensive thing on this page.

Municipal water arrives already treated, which is why a standard system works on it. A well arrives as it comes out of the ground — and what comes out of the ground in Green Country varies street by street. Iron and manganese that stain fixtures and laundry. Hydrogen sulfide you smell before you taste it. Hardness far past what a cartridge can sequester. Bacteria and sediment no municipal customer ever has to think about.

None of that is solvable from a catalog. Providence starts with a full water analysis — not the pH and dissolved solids we check at a municipal tap, but a laboratory panel covering what a well actually carries. From those results we design the treatment train your water needs: oxidation and filtration for iron, aeration or carbon for sulfur, softening sized to your real hardness, ultrafiltration where the test results call for it. Any disinfection step is specified by us and fitted by the licensed plumber you engage, and we make no bacteria or virus reduction claim for our equipment.

The result is built from the same certified components as our standard suites, arranged for one home. There are roughly forty small rural water districts across the seven-county metro area alongside the private wells, and several carry worse compliance records than any municipal system in the metro. If you are on one of them, this is the tier that applies.

What's in the set

This suite ships as a matched system. Components are not sold separately.

  • On-site survey and full laboratory water analysis
  • Engineered treatment design specific to your results
  • All system components, specified and supplied
  • Commissioning included — plumbing is carried out by a licensed plumber you engage, billed by them
  • Written handover with the design rationale and service schedule

Best for: Homes on a private well or a small rural water district, where a catalog system would be a guess.

Sized for

Any size — sized to the property, for wells and rural districts

Choose it when: Your water comes from a private well or a small rural district rather than the city main.

Providence is not chosen by square footage. It is chosen by supply: if your water comes from a private well or a small rural district, the design starts from a laboratory analysis and the system is sized to your household demand and your results, whatever the size of the home. A custom design is not automatically a larger or costlier one — it is the one that matches.

A guide, not a rule — we confirm flow and pressure at your tap before anything is ordered.
